Volleyball will be at QE II Stadium on Friday - Sunday. The finals on Monday will be held at Pioneer Stadium.

Badminton will now only be held on Friday.

Outdoor netball details have been finalised:
Venue: Christchurch Netball Centre, 455 Hagley Avenue
Saturday April 11th, 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Sunday April 12th, 10:30am - 11:30am

Hockey details have also been finalised:
Venue: St Margaret's College Hockey Turf, 12 Winchester Street, Merivale
Sunday April 12th, 11:00am - 2:00pm

Masquerade masks for the ball will be available to purchase with ball tickets at the merchandise desk during the tournament.

The souvenir combo (tshirt + magazine) will cost $30.

There will be roadworks around the city centre during Easter weekend, which may cause delays (especially for the ball), so plan accordingly.

30 March:
The time for badminton has been changed to Friday April 10th 2:30pm - 5:30pm and is now held at St Thomas of of Canterbury College.
Indoor soccer is on Friday, April 10, 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Indoor netball is on Saturday, April 11, 5:30pm - 8:30pm

26 March:

17 March:
The official badminton grades are Mens Open, Womens Open and Mixed Open. This was incorrect on the entry form.

15 March:
The cut off day for tennis entries is Tuesday April 7th. $10 for U18, $20 for adults.

14 March:
The rules for indoor netball and indoor soccer are here and here.
The mens 4x200m relay is an official sport while the mens 4x100m is unofficial.

5 March:
The details for indoor netball and football have been updated:

Indoor Netball 7-a-side
Official grades: Open Mixed

Indoor Soccer 5-a-side
Official grades: Open Mixed
Mixed - at least two girls on the field (not including the goal keeper)

26 February:
The final date for sports entries has been brought forward to March 13th
Entries for the Cultural Show's "Open" Category can now also be Music/Dance or Multimedia.
The tshirt design is also now available on the tshirt order page. We prefer each centre to pre order their shirts.

20 February:
The venue information for hockey and volleyball have been updated.
Also this year's ball is a Masquerade ball - a theme of mystery and intrigue!

9 February:
There is only one month left to get your team write ups and photos in. These must be received BEFORE March 10 2009

Socials for both over and under 18 events have been updated.

T-shirt sizes have been posted on the pre-order page.

Also a lot of information about sports have been updated. If there is anything you would like to know, but is not on the site, please let the controller or Andrew know and it will be loaded on the site :)

Cultural Show: A cash prize of $100 will be awarded to the winner of each category, with a lunch voucher of $30 and $20 for second and third respectively. Entries should be submitted by March 10th 2009.

Could all Branches please ensure that all trophies be sent down to Christchurch by April 10th 2009. An area to collect the trophies will be set aside at the Aurora Centre, Burnside High School on Good Friday before the Opening Ceremony. Otherwise, they can be couriered to: 58 Creyke Road, Ilam, Christchurch 8041.

10 January 2009:
Outdoor netball is now an option under the entry form. If there are at least 3 centres entering teams, it will be hosted as an official sport. Currently only Wellington intend to enter a team. If your centre wishes to do so, please complete an entry form.
