MONDAY NIGHT

TOURNAMENT CLOSING CEREMONY

Tournament Presentation Ball
Brierley Theatre, Wellington College,
Basin Reserve
Light buffet supper included,
Doors open at 7.45pm
All ages

Contact your Contingent Coordinator and order you ticket now!

The organising committee has set affordability and participation as one of its main priorities for the presentation ball this year. In order to achieve this, we have changed the format of the ball so that it is now an after-dinner event.

All other aspects of the ball remain unchanged with the only exception being that of a later start time to enable people to eat before arrival.

The presentation event will be held at the Brierley Theatre at Wellington College.

The ticket price of $45 includes a complimentary beer, wine or juice on arrival.

A light buffet supper will be served after presentations.

ID will be required on the night:
For those aged over 18 and to avoid disappointment when you arrive - please bring suitable forms of identification ie a passport / drivers license etc. Those aged U18 that will be attending the presentation Ball will be identified at the door and tagged appropriately.

Drinking responsibly:
In order to satisfy the Sale of Liquor Act, the Tournament organising committee wishes to advise that anyone seen supplying a minor (any person/s under the age of 18) with alcohol will be asked to leave the function.

The committee also reserves the right of entry to those that turn up overly intoxicated or incapacitated.

Tickets are limited so we recommend that you order now through your branch co-ordinator.
